It has an elegant texture. Fresh fruity, vegetal and citrus notes intertwine with a hint of honey, scents abound on the nose, highlighting a range of varied notes in which white fruit pulp, mineral nuances and more vegetable hints alternate with order and linearity. The mouthfeel has a light, slender and drinkable body, characterized by sapidity and freshness, which on the finish has a slight cytric taste in return. It shows an excellent refining potential.
