Tasting notes
A rosè wine which is intense and persistent. The bouquet has delicate fruit notes which recall plums and raspberries; hints of a more well developed jam and citrus follow and then on the finish, distant hints of flint.
On the palate, good complexity and structure with a characteristically bitter final note.
